EPA, RRP Lead-Safe Certified Firm - Section 402 of the TSCA
Eco Pro Restoration LLC is an EPA Lead-Safe, RRP-Certified Firm (Cert. No. NAT-F278532-1), by 40 CFR Part 745, Subpart E, and compliant only with Section 402 of the TSCA.
Per the EPA, if your residence was built before January 1, 1978, any renovation, repair, or painting (RRP) project in a pre-1978 home or building shall be performed by lead-safe certified contractors.
In addition, if you rent all or part of your home, operate a child care center in your home, or if you buy, renovate, and sell homes for profit (i.e., a house flipper), the same applies regarding work performed. For more detailed information, go to EPA.gov/lead.
