In our Gallery, some individuals may find that certain photos of mold can be sensitive for others.

Mold fungi are crucial as decomposers in our planet's natural outdoor ecosystem. Still, proper measures should be taken to prevent mold spores from accumulating and spreading indoors, hiding behind walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, furniture, and other areas of your home. If you are experiencing any of these issues or musty odors, we are here to resolve them swiftly and help you restore your space, all at competitive prices.

Thank you for taking the time to explore our website. We welcome any questions you may have.

Video Footage Of Mold Spores Captured With Our Borescope

www.Eco-ProRestoration.com

We created this short video using our borescope to showcase the presence of fungal mold spores under a bathroom vanity before starting our mold remediation work. Without our expertise, commitment, and the help of our certified technicians and advanced instruments, this issue might have gone undetected. It could have worsened, leading to further deterioration of the wood cabinets and potentially releasing large amounts of fungal mold spores into the air. We've encountered this situation frequently.

If you notice musty odors, discoloring, cracking, warping/swelling, paint bubbling, or anything unusual, fungal mold spores may be present and could spread. This problem may escalate if left unaddressed and could damage surfaces beyond repair. Under these conditions, we recommend contacting a qualified, competent remediation professional to inspect this problem immediately. We can promptly help you with our no-obligation estimates at competitive pricing. Contact us today for a quick and thorough inspection by an IICRC-certified technician.

Short Video Segments - Inspection & Remediation Mid-stage

Moisture Differential Percentage Inspection Behind Surfaces - During Our Initial Moisture Inspection

We use a range of specialized instruments (only one is shown here) and combine the data we gather to determine the scope of work and accurately provide customer estimates. Our experienced and certified technicians adopt a transparent approach, which helps us keep our clients' expenses to a minimum.

We created this short video during an initial inspection of a common slow water leak issue stemming from the dishwasher appliance.

The video aims to show the amount of moisture that can reside within the drywall material behind the painted surface, undetected by human touch, but detected by one of our many specialty instruments.

(Notice the various moisture readings during the different wall surface locations.)

The owner was fortunate to contact us sooner rather than later, avoiding potentially costly repairs if they had waited. We performed our remediation work and treatments efficiently.

Video of Wall Framing After Removing Drywall - and BEFORE the Remaining Stages of Our Remediation Work & Treatments

Our experienced certified technicians and specialty instruments were key in detecting this hidden problem of fungal mold spores.

This short video was made after we removed the (hidden) mold-damaged drywall and wall-hung kitchen cabinets, BEFORE we began the remaining stages of our mold remediation work.

It aims to demonstrate how hidden fungal mold spores can damage the building's wood framing structure.

(The damaged portions of the wood framing were removed, replaced, and reinforced.)

This is just one example of the many situations we often encounter. We found significant fungal mold spore growth hidden between the cabinet backing and the painted wall surface behind the cabinets.

A leak in the plumbing drain pipes within the wall cavities caused excessive moisture to penetrate the drywall from behind to the front drywall surface. This promoted the perfect condition for spreading fungal mold spores between the painted drywall surface and the cabinet backing.
