We utilize our FLIR infrared thermography technology to identify thermal anomalies on accessible building surfaces, along with our high-end Tramex moisture meters and other testing instruments, to ensure comprehensive data collection. This approach allows us to address existing issues while keeping costs low. We take great pride in our work and are dedicated to helping our customers minimize expenses.

With our high-end Tramex moisture meters, we discovered a leaking sewer drain pipe from the bathroom above. Moisture was hidden behind the drywall, and the wall cavity damage was unnoticed from plain view. This was a Category 3 water damage loss which we remediated successfully.

This view continues from the previous thermal Image. We discovered a leaking sewer drain pipe from the bathroom above. Moisture was hidden behind the drywall, and the wall cavity damage was unnoticed from plain view. We successfully completed our remediation work.

As shown in our thermal image, we discovered a water leak above and running along the garage ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. We remediated the water-damaged areas.

We discovered a water leak behind the wall at the toilet water supply line, as shown in the thermal image. We remediated the affected area.

Using the thermal image, we identified excessive moisture from a leak in the wall cavity behind the exterior wall. By addressing the affected area from the interior, we were able to lower the owner’s repair and rebuild costs.
Our thermal thermography was used to identify thermal anomalies on accessible building surfaces. We confirmed a water leak from the water heater supply lines in the wall cavity crawlspace. We successfully remediated the affected areas (see photo to the right).
On the wall under the kitchen sink, our infrared thermography was used to identify thermal anomalies. Our camera detected a temperature differential indicating further instrument testing. Refer to the following thermal image.
